In accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, ACERTARE provides users with the following information about the cookies used on its websites.

1. What are cookies and what do we use them for?

Cookies are small files downloaded to your device (computer, mobile phone or other device with online access) when you visit a website, in order to store information relating to your browsing. Cookies can serve many different purposes: recognising you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits, or personalising how content is displayed.

Alongside cookies, this policy covers other equivalent tracking technologies — tracking pixels, web beacons, local storage, session storage and device fingerprinting — that may store or access information on your device.

Installing cookies on your device requires your prior consent, with the exception of technical cookies, which are exempt from that requirement because they are necessary for the Website to function and be navigated correctly. For more information on how they work, we recommend visiting allaboutcookies.org or youronlinechoices.eu.

5. International data transfers

Data collected through our first-party cookies is processed within the European Economic Area or in countries offering an adequate level of protection.
